"I have been in the medical field for five and a half years now. Five as a CNA, and a year and a half as an RN. I work in the cardiac stroke unit in the hospital. This is a way demanding unit which requires a lot of lifting and turning of patients. Over the years my back, shoulders, and neck have become tight and painful. In addition to work, I play soccer and run half marathons. My body receives a good amount of hard, physical activity.
